Roll up, roll up! Sell-out comedy moves to Parr Hall with the best in live stand-up from our friends at The Comedy Store. But hurry – it sells out fast!

In order to make our venue safe for all customers and staff, tickets are being sold as whole tables:

£68 ticket = table of four

£102 ticket = table of six

The price works out to £17 per person. A maximum of two households are permitted to share a table.

What’s Changed FAQ:

How has buying tickets changed?

Due to ongoing restrictions around social distancing, we have changed the way you book tickets for events at our venues. For the time being, tickets are being sold as whole tables for groups of either four or six people.

A maximum of two households are permitted to share a table.

When purchasing a ticket, simply select the one seat available at the table of your choice. Make sure that the price of the table matches the price for the number of people attending. We will not allow groups of more than four to sit at a table for four people.

Why has this changed?

This change has been made to limit groups to a maximum of six people, as per the current government guidelines, and to help our staff keep everyone safe when seating our audience. We insist that any groups buying a table and attending are from no more than two different households.

All tables and seats are spaced apart according to government guidelines.

What if I want a table for a group that isn’t four or six people?

If you are wanting to see an event in a group of less than four people, you must still buy a table for at least four people. If your group is of five people, you must buy a table of six.

Although we appreciate that this removes some of the flexibility we normally pride ourselves on offering our audience, we feel that these changes are the best way to ensure the safety and comfort of our customers, whilst also preserving the financial security of Culture Warrington as a charity.

Sadly, these are very tricky times for venues such as ourselves, given the many shows we have had to postpone or cancel, and the increased costs of opening whilst ensuring everyone’s safety. We have had to find a balance between giving some flexibility to the people of Warrington and also to making sure that our venue can open in a safe and cost-effective way.

How will this affect booking fees?

Fortunately, we are able to discount most of the usual booking fee and restoration levy costs to our customers. To make up for us being more rigid than usual on tickets, we will only charge one booking fee and restoration levy per transaction, as opposed to per ticket as we usually would.

Ordering drinks

In order to minimise the movement of people around the venue, we have brought in table service. You can now order refreshments directly from your seat via your phone. There will be a QR code on each table and one of our staff members will bring out your order.

Even better – drinks will be served throughout the show! No more queuing through the interval.

The number of people allowed into the toilet at any one time will be limited – please be respectful of others when using the facilities.

We are encouraging customers to use the toilets at any time while in the venue and not to wait until the interval in order to avoid the build-up of large queues. To help this further, we are also adding extra time before each event starts and during the interval.

We have added several hand sanitising points around the venue – you are encouraged to use these upon entry and throughout your visit.

There will be extra time given between us opening the doors and the start of the event, in order to stagger the arrival of ticket holders and get everyone in safely.

We would also like to ask you to remain in your seats and avoid moving around the venue as much as possible.

When it is necessary to leave your seat, we ask you to keep left and to wear your mask.
