Pyramid redevelopment
Our Pyramid Arts Centre is temporarily closed at present while it undergoes a £5m revamp to transform it into a more modern and flexible community hub. It is anticipated that the venue will relaunch in late 2025. During this period, Pyramid’s car park will also unfortunately be out of use. Thank you for your patience during this project. Ordering tickets online
Tickets for all of our programmed events at Pyramid and Parr Hall are available to buy online here. If you make a purchase on our website, you will then be sent a ticket confirmation via email. If you do not appear to have received confirmation from us then, in the first instance, please check your ‘spam’ folder as occasionally these emails can be sent there. To prevent this from happening in future, please add [email protected] to your ‘safe list’. If you need any further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us using the details above.
E-tickets
We have introduced E-tickets for all of our events. This means digital tickets can be sent instantly and electronically to an email address of your choice with no uncertainty about delivery times. E-tickets are safe and secure and cannot be lost. You simply need to show your ticket confirmation email (via your mobile phone or printed out) on the day of an event and the barcode will be scanned.
Printed tickets
Most of our tickets are now sent out electronically to customers as above. However, we know that having tickets printed and delivered is a service and convenience that our customers value so, to give people the choice, we are maintaining this option at an additional cost of £2 per order. Alternatively, physical tickets can be collected in advance at no extra charge from Parr Hall at any time during our working hours, between 9am and 5pm on weekdays, or on the night of your event.
What happens if I lose my tickets?
Don’t worry, it happens – and it’s no problem! Simply bring in your ticket confirmation email along with some photo ID and we can reprint the tickets for you on the night of your event.
Security measures
Your safety is our top priority when visiting Pyramid and Parr Hall. Our Events team are committed to ensuring everyone feels secure and happy during visits and performances, and we thank you all for your assistance in ensuring everyone has a great night.
What to expect at events:
- Bag Checks are in operation at our venues to check for prohibited items and ensure everyone enters a safe and secure space. As part of our terms of entry, you will be asked to show the contents of your bag before admittance. Prohibited items include but are not limited to glass, alcohol and any liquids. Please speak to a member of staff if you need to talk about any exemptions such as bringing any medication in with you. They will be only too happy to help.
- CCTV is used inside and outside our venues, and is regularly monitored in real time during events to keep everyone safe.
What do I do if I see anything suspicious?
Please speak to any of our uniformed staff, or ask to speak to the Duty Manager, who will deal with it immediately. We take all reports seriously. Thank you for your cooperation to ensure our shows are an enjoyable experience for all of our visitors.

Getting Here
Parr Hall boasts an ideal location right in the heart of Warrington’s Cultural Quarter. Right in the centre of the beautiful Palmyra Square, this venue is easy to find and convenient to reach. Within walking distance of all public transport options, as well as being on the edge of the M6, M62 and M56, travelling to and from our venue couldn’t be easier!
Accessibility

By Bus
Warrington Bus Interchange is just a seven-minute walk away, and has a network that stretches right across the borough, as well as to neighbouring towns and cities.
By Rail
Warrington has excellent connections to towns and cities right across the North West and beyond, including Manchester, Liverpool, Wigan and Chester. Warrington Bank Quay Station is a two-minute walk away whilst Warrington Central Station is a seven-minute walk.
By Bike
Cyclists visiting Parr Hall can use our cycle racks, which are located at the rear of our sister venue, Pyramid Arts Centre.
By Car
Warrington is served by an excellent road network, including the M6, M62 and M56 motorways. To find us, simply head into the town centre and follow the brown signs to the Cultural Quarter.
Parking
Short-stay street parking is available on Museum Street & Palmyra Square, including disabled parking bays. There are several pay and display car parks located within walking distance of our venues.
